Rated SHG (strictly high grown) and SHB (strictly hard bean) these beans grow more slowly allowing additional time for the tree to deliver nutrients to the bean.
Bright acidity and floral notes accompany the hints of toasted coconut.
Beans were a little dry. Resulting in my opinion in a little bitterness. The French roast beans were better and the result was a better cup of coffee. I intend to try other blends .
